For my last wedding of the year I am happy to share Christa & Andrew's wedding. The ceremony was honestly one of the most unique ones that I have had the pleasure of seeing and photographing. The red doors standing up behind them are actually the headboard for their bed, when they originally told me I wasn't sure what to expect... but it was a beautiful touch. During the ceremony the rings were passed around for the guests to make a silent blessing while everyone sang What a Wonderful World, it was quite a lovely sight to see. To end their ceremony everyone surrounded them for the first kiss and then a surprise parade of Philadelphia Mummers came in and marched everyone to cocktail hour.
My season couldn't have ended on a better note. Their wedding was truly a documentary wedding photographer's dream. I hope my readers enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed shooting them. ;)
Thanks to Christa & Andrew for having me as part of your day, it was such a pleasure.
